Hi,
It would be possible for you to mute the specific audio prompts that you don't want the user to hear. Documentation on how to mute these prompts can be found here: http://survey.plumvoice.com/admin/docs/ ... g_a_Phrase
From there, you could select the prompts that you want to mute so that users would no longer hear them for your surveys.
