Interrupting IVR

Post by ronan.ocallaghan »

Hi,

Is there a setting that enables a user to choose a muti-choice option in an IVR question without having to listen to all available options?

Thanks,

Ronan

Hi Ronan,

Just to clarify on your question, are you looking for the user to be able to select multiple answers from a list of choices for your IVR survey question?

If so, then you would use the multiselect question type. From the very nature of this question type, the user would need to be able to listen to each of the choices for the survey question and answer yes or no if they want to select the choice.

Also, please note that for this question type, there is a setting that allows the user to bargein on the IVR documented here: http://www.plumvoice.com/docs/surveys/a ... ng_Bargein. However, the user would still have to go through each of the choices for the multiselect question.

Please let us know if you have any other questions regarding this.
