Hi,
Is it possible to program a pause before the voice-mail message is played to a respondent's mailbox? We ask because some respondents are reporting the voice-message starts mid-way through. I'm not sure if this is an IVR setting or a mailbox issue.

Voice-mail
Re: Voice-mail
Hi,
Sorry, but it is not possible to program a pause within the Plum Survey interface before a voicemail is played to the respondent's voicemail inbox.
Also, please note that the built-in prompt that corresponds to the message that's played to the correspondent's voicemail inbox is the following to determine that the respondent chose to take your survey:
"This is an automated call. To begin, press 1,...otherwise, press 2 or hang up."
