Greetings Again--

One more question for you: Say you upload a sample list of 3,500 records. How long does it take PlumVoice to run through those numbers? I have programmed the recording to simply play through a message with no data collection involved, so I imagine the average call will last around 1-1.5 minutes in length (I do not know if that matters or not).

Hi Greg,

Because our outbound platform runs on a shared resource, it is hard to estimate how long an outbound campaign of that size would take at any given time. However, it is possible to set up your account with a guaranteed number of outbound ports if your surveys require a certain level of capacity.
