After my caller enters a 10-digit fax number via DTMF, I have it read back. Is there a way to format how that number is read? I know that if I enter a phone number format to be read, it begins with area code . . .
My issue is when entered via the key pad, the result is 1-billion, 1 hundred 11 thousand, etc. Is it possible to have it read back as 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 etc?

Using "Spell out digits" for read back digits
Hi Wayne,
If you are using a Multipart Prompt (or Multipart Prompt + Yes/No) module to read back the digits, there should be an option titled "Spell out digits" that you can check off that will allow you to have your digits read back as "1 1 1 1 1 1 ...".
Hope this helps.
