Calls queue error: "The metadatabase was not error"

Everytime I try to upload a CSV to queue outbound calls with the appropriate fields (destination, id, first name, last name) I get an errors that says "The metadatabase was not found". I'm not sure how to fix this, I've only uploaded a file with two rows to test out the outbound feature.

Hi Shawn,

If you are not using a metadatabase with your survey, you will only want to include the "destination" header and phone numbers you are queuing in your CSV file. An example of a CSV with no metadata is as follows:

Code: Select all

“destination”
“1234567890”
“1234567891”
“1234657892”
If you would like more information on how to manipulate metadata via metadatabases, please see additional documentation here: http://www.plumvoice.com/docs/insight/metadata_manager.
