Is there an anchor option when rotating answer choices?

When doing answer choice rotation, is it possible to "anchor" certain choices so that they do not rotate, while the other choices do?
Hi,
The options for answer choices are to always read them in the same order they were entered, or to randomize them. They must either be all randomized or all in the specified order, there is no option to randomize only certain choices.
