Hosting account issue

Post by shanthint@paydq.com »

Hi,
I am trying to test my application on plum hosting server.
I am using https url.
I got the following error:
Error fetching document https://domain.com/appname/filename?dnis='DNIS'" due to SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK
DocumentParser::FetchBuffer - could not open URL: https://domain.com/appname/filename?dnis='DNIS'".

I am pretty sure that SSl certificate on our server is valid one. We have our other test applications running on the same server fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi,
So is there any other way I can test my application on your hosting server?.
I need to test my application before we upgrade our plum server.

Thank you,
Shanthi.

Testing your IVR code

Post by support »

Alternatively, you could just test your vxml script without using SSL for it. You're only testing to see if your IVR code is VoiceXML 2.0 compliant for the latest version of the IVR platform so there's no need to use SSL.
