Plum supports both analog and SIP, however we are slightly confused about what you mean by "from another VoIP server." If you could please clarify further, we might be able to explain more.

I mean that we manage our own numbers and contact Plum IVR though SIP.

Hi Stephane,

To help us better clarify your issue, we have a couple more questions to ask:

1) Are you actively transferring a SIP phone call to the Plum IVR system?

2) Is the call coming from a 3rd person party or is it coming from 3rd party PBX (i.e. Asterisk)?
