Help with error message

Hello,

I received an error message today that I had never seen before.

"errno: 999 message unexpected jump to a document"

Can I get a little more insight into what this means. Also, is there an area on the site where I can reference error messages?

Hi,

Could you provide us with a small sample of IVR code that is causing this IVR issue for you? It would help us better explain the reason for the IVR error message.

Also, while we don't have an area on the documentation site where you can reference error messages, you could try going here:
