Error fetching document

Hello,
In my application I am getting an error: Error fetching document
due to SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK.
But this is error is not occurring each time. after 2-3 calls my application is working fine. Could you please tell me exact reason behind this. Its urgent for me.

Hi,
What certificate authority are you using? Normally, for IVR errors:
"Error fetching document due to SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK."
this means that you are using a certificate authority that we do not support.

Hello,
Thanks for reply. We are using certificate which not present in ur list. But problem is not occurring when we shift same url to other toll free number. for that toll free number same url is working fine with same certificate.
