Plum IVR Support

I have developed for IVR for health care web application and tested it using PLUM developer account. It looks fine to me but employer is not satisfied and gave me feedback that there are jerks, voice problems, etc and project doesn't look professional and refused to purchase Plum hosting service unless unless I fix it. I want to ask that is it due to developer account limitation that voice is not smooth, jerks etc.

Please give me some sample application voice xml code links if anyone have any to compare them with my code. That will help me to remove deficiencies in my code to make it professional.

If you require additional help, please post some of your IVR code on the forum that you believe has a problem and we can make some suggestions on correcting it.
