Plum IVR Support

Our customer ID is XXXXXXXX.
Could we get the mapping between PRI numbers and toll-free numbers in our account.

As our understanding, one toll-free numuber can have multiple PRI number, that is much like load balance.

For example:

PRI number 617-712-3149, that is not a free number, and it is used in plum side.

Toll-free number 800-235-7105, that is a free call number, and it can be called by our customer.
