Plum IVR Support

Hello,

I am looking for a grammer which can allow user to enter numbers followed by days years months minutes etc.

Like user should be allowed to say:
1 year, 4 months, 2 weeks , 4 hours, 10 minutes.

Please suggest.

Hi,

We recommend that you not implement this all into one IVR grammar as this is a complex IVR grammar and involves speech recognition. You should split them up into multiple fields where one field collects the year, one collects the month, one collects the week, one colelcts the hour, and one collects the minutes.
