Plum IVR Support

Hi,

I have configure my application but many time when i make a call to the plumvoice number X 1000. It says this number is not in service. But after sometime this problem get itself resolved.

I validated that my web server is up and running at all times.

Could you please help me to figureout the possible rootcause for the same.

Can you private message us the number that you are calling into so that we may try to reproduce this IVR issue for ourselves?
