Hi Team,

Thanks for all the support you provided to us, its all because of your support that our IVR system is getting better everyday.

Till now out application was running on unsecured channel. I mean without SSL/Https. Now we have made our servers to accept only https calls and have genereated the self signed certificates on our test servers.

But when i try to connect to these servers over https through plum voice i face

see logs:

Hi,

What kind of certificate authority are you using?

For IVR errors like this:

"Error fetching document https://www.qa.carepass.com/ivr/connect.action due to SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK" this means that you are using a certificate authority that we do not support.

This is the list of certificate authorities we support: http://support.plumvoice.com/viewtopic.php?t=1121

Hi,

No, you would not be able to use self signed certs if they aren't on our IVR list of supported certificate authorities.

For further questions on our CA process, please contact your sales representative.
