Click to call

Has anyone created a Click to Call script?

Basically, the idea would be that a popup form would appear on a web page where a consumer could enter their phone number. On submit, a call would be placed to that consumer and when they pick up their phone, a call would be placed to another predetermined phone number (like a local store).

This is different than call tracking where it is simply a one way call.

In this use case, the IVR system needs to make two outbound calls bridging them when the originating call is picked up.

No knowledge of IVR script

Hi,

Sorry, but from our knowledge, we are unaware of any IVR scripts that have been created for this purpose.

Perhaps another IVR developer in this forum has had experience in doing so.
