Audio files

My Audio files seem to be out of wack.

I deleted one earlier today and recorded two new ones. One has the same file name. One the system they play corectly, but when I make a call it's playing the old one.

IVR audio files caching

Hi,

The reason for this IVR behavior in your IVR is that your audio files are being cached. To ensure that a fresh copy of your audio file is fetched for your IVR, you can set the "maxage" attribute in your IVR tag, <audio>, to "0".
