I get the error below when trying to test outbound calls with your Plum Outbound Call Queuing Reference Implementations page at
http://hosting.plumvoice.com/developer_ ... erence.htm

<b>Fatal error</b>: Call to undefined function log_error() in <b>/usr/local/apache/htdocs/uberapp/popproxy20/lib/popproxy_controller.class.php</b> on line <b>76</b><br />

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you.

Hi Tom,

We are unable to reproduce the IVR error you are experiencing for your IVR. We have been able to successfully test an IVR outbound call from your IVR hosting account on http://www.plumvoice.com/docs/dev/plumdevguide:outboundsenderreference

Are you still having IVR issues with this?

Thank you for your quick response. Yes, I am still having a problem. I noticed in my call log that you used http://us.popproxy.plumgroup.com/plumvp/demo.php as the Start URL. If I go to http://hosting.plumvoice.com/developer_ ... erence.htm and in the "Queue a Single Call with the queuecall web service" section I enter the following

Login: My Login
PIN: My pin
Phone Number: My phone number
Start URL: http://us.popproxy.plumgroup.com/plumvp/demo.php
Result URL: Blank -- No entry
Message Reference String: Blank -- No entry
Custom Call Parameters: Blank -- No entry
Max Retries: 2
Retry Interval: 10 minutes
Scheduled Start Time: 0
Expiration Time: 0

Then click the "Queue Call" button, I get this message

<br />
<b>Fatal error</b>: Call to undefined function log_error() in <b>/usr/local/apache/htdocs/uberapp/popproxy20/lib/popproxy_controller.class.php</b> on line <b>76</b><br />

Thank you for your help.
