Plum IVR Support

We are considering using Plum for a new project. However we have several terrabyte with streams in Windows Media format that we need to be able to play back in the IVR application.

Is it possible to add support for Windows Media? If yes, then how do we move forward to get this development started? Do Plum have development resources that could do this?

There are currently no plans to support windows streaming media, but support may be added in the near future provided there is demand for it.
The next IVR platform release will support mp3 format (platform release 2.4.2)
