VXML cutting off during play-back

Hi

We are on a developer account and we're getting the VXML read-back cutting off at intermittent points on different sessions. We're sending the same VXML script based on certain events, and at different times it cuts off (at different points) during read-back. Why might this happen?

Your question is not quite clear, could you please expand on the problem. If you have any IVR code segments, please include them.
