Call Forwarding

Can you tell me if the PLUM out-bound calling platform can detect when a call-forwarding feature is used at the handset/ intended phone number to relay the call elsewhere? Also, are there configuration options that we can make to PREVENT someone from forwarding one of our outbound calls?

Hi Jess,

Unfortunately, there isn't any way to detect whether or not the callee has forwarded the call. Also, there aren't any configuration options for the outbound system that will prevent someone from forwarding your calls.
