Plum IVR Support

Hi,

I have made some changes to our existing voice prompts. When I play the new voice prompts, some of the old prompts are still playing. I have checked all the files and the prompts which are playing does not exist in our server. So my questions is where are these prompts are playing from? Are they caching out some how from plum voice server? Please help.

Hi Sunil,

The reason why you are hearing the old audio files is because they have been cached in our system. If you would like the system to fetch a fresh copy of your audio files, you should set the audiomaxage property of your application to 0.
