What is Murrow's current availability for developers?

Can you post a current status message in the Plum Support site identifying Murrow's current availability? I have been developing on Murrow at odd hours of the night when I would have guessed that system loading would be low, and haven't been able to call in. A graphic identifying Murrow's current loading would help. Thanks for your consideration.

Unfortunately, our monitoring tools for identifying murrow's availability are not publicly available for viewing.
Some instances arise whereby advance knowledge of downtime is not available and there is a lack of control over available uptime (eg when the telephone company's circuits are down.)

Plum attempts to maintain 24/7 uptime for its IVR hosting environment, but due to new product releases, and some of the quality assurance processes, downtime can and will occur on occasion.

Whenever there is knowledge of a downtime in advance, we will warn users in advance via email and as news items in the IVR support site.

Code that worked yesterday and even a few minutes ago is failing on Murrow. It still could be useful to have a location within plum support to send a message to your system maintainers, and to view a current status when it seems that there is a problem. Thanks again for your consideration.

Work is currently in progress to provide real time status information regarding IVR hosting availability to our vxml developers using Murrow.

When the capability is ready to be made available, an IVR news item will be released describing the details more thoroughly.
