If multiple calls are queued, all to the same phone number, will the system ensure the calls occur one at a time - or will they all go out at the same time, assuming multiple channels are available?

Why would the system recognize a device as an answering machine in one case and voice in another, when the same message was sent, and the same person answered it, and no code changes were made in that time ?

When 2 messages were sent at the same time to the same phone, the first call was recognized as voice, the second as an answering machine. (Both calls were actually received by a person.) When only 1 message was sent, the call was recognized as voice.

The device is a Blackberry, not just a phone. But I did the same test on another Blackberry and did not have this problem.
