Outbound calls stuck in default campaign queue

I placed a few calls into my default campaign queue on 8/6. Call attempts were made and I was debugging along the way. Then the outbound calls stopped being made. I waited for a few hours, deleted calls and queued new outbound requests but nothing happened. I even restarted the default campaign. I figured the dev area for outbound calling was really busy and decided to try over the weekend. That didn't help either. The call I placed in the queue on Sunday 8/8 still has a status of "uncalled".
Is something going on that we should know about?
