Uable to make outbound Calls- stuck in queue status=uncalled

We own a Plum server, and today I was trying to place a outbound call and it would not work. The call is stuck in default queue and the status is "uncalled"

I even tried creating a campaign for bunch of calls , it would not work neither.

I restarted the server, tried everything , no progress.

Anybody any thoughts?

issue resolved by updating to newest version of IVR software

This post is more appropriate under the platform admin section. This IVR issue has been resolved for other customers by updating the IVR platform software to the newest version. Since your IVR system is completely inaccessable to us, we will have to coordinate to make this possible. Your technical support Representative will contact you shortly regarding this IVR issue.
