We own a Plum server, and today I was trying to place a outbound call and it would not work. The call is stuck in default queue and the status is "uncalled"
I even tried creating a campaign for bunch of calls , it would not work neither.
I restarted the server, tried everything , no progress.
Anybody any thoughts?

issue resolved by updating to newest version of IVR software
