voice sensitivity

I tried to use voice recognition, but a little noise, even from dropping a pen, can be recognized and disturb the prompt, I tried to adjust the sensitivity property, but it doesn’t work as expected. would you please let me know how to fix this problem? Thank you very much.

This is not an uncommon problem for on site solutions, the Plum IVR Hosting servers have been tweaked to the optimum sensitivity given their telephony configuration, the same can be done for your on site IVR server. Please contact the Plum IVR Support staff via email using your assigned IVR Customer ID they will help you resolve this issue on your IVR server.
