I am trying to have my users spell thier first and then last name. Is there a sample script on how to do this.

Unfortunately letter recognition is not very functional with the current speech recognition engine (OpenSpeech Recognizer 2.0) used by the Plum Voice Browser. However, Plum is evaluating the next version of this product "OpenSpeech Recognizer 3.0" which has greatly improved letter recognition. When Plum's IVR platform has integrated with this new version and stabilized there will be an announcement in the "General News" section of the Plum Support Forum. We currently do not have a time estimate for this integration.
