Plum IVR Support

Hi,

Currently my app is working fine for US production. I want to deploy same environment to UK production. What change I have to do in my vxml for UK accent.

Hi abhay,

Do you mean that you want to change the TTS voice of your application to a UK English accent?

If you are using RealSpeak as the TTS engine, you would select Daniel or Emily as the voice name.

If you are using AT&T Natural Voices as the TTS engine, you would select charles, anjali, or audrey as the voice name.
