2. If you set maximum retries to 1, that means it will retry once, for a total of 2 attempts.
3. Pending means the call is waiting to be dialed for the first time. Please make sure you are not accidentally queuing the same call more than once.
4. Once the callee picks up, the call is considered "completed." A failed call means the callee never even picked up.
