When you <submit> in DWProfile.vxml, the control goes to http://demo.xxxxxxxx.com/IVRCallQueue/D ... mplete=yes and never comes back. In terms of control, the <submit> tag works like <goto> except you can also pass along variables.

So because control never returns to DWProfile.vxml, control will never return back to the main application either.
