Hello,
When I pick up the session.ani variable, in the United States at least, we pick up a 10 digit number. Is this the case for out of country, such as Canada? Or will it add the country code for people outside of U.S.? Even though their country code is "+1" same as in the U.S.
What are the rules on this session variable?
Thanks,
John Mills

IVR code assistance for international calls' caller id
Hello,
In writing IVR code, the +# notation for international caller id should only appear for IVR calls outside of the current country code. So in the case of an IVR call coming from canada you should not see the +1 at the beginning of the caller id.
Hope This Helps,
