Accessing Reports Programatically

Post by sdstuder »

What is the best mechanism for me to access reports from a program. (i.e. access this information in the hosted environment from an applicaiton operating from the internet).

For example, I would like to access accounting/system status information such as:

"how long did a particular voice session last?"
"How long was a specific outbound call?"
"How many ports am i presently using?"
"How many ports are currently available?".

I've scanned the documentation and did not see materials regarding this topic. If I missed it, I sincerly apologize.

Best Regards,

IVR sys does not provide mechanism for accessing session log

Post by support »

Hello,

Plum does not provide a mechanism for accessing IVR session logs (or any other IVR hosting information) without using the provided web interface. We are considering implementing a web service interface to various data components of the IVR hosting site, however, there is currently no set schedule for adding this feature.
