Record entire call on IVR system

Hello,

In order to support call recording the Plum IVR System requires a 3rd party solution. Plum has partners who provide solutions for call recording however at this time they are only for on-site IVR systems. Please contact your IVR sales representative for more information regarding these solutions.

Unfortunately, I was looking for a hosted solution at this point. Thank you for the information.
