International Call Provisioning

Matt has asked me to confirm the following through this forum.

pls confirm whether international dialing has been provisioned for our account.

If not, what's the turn around on this?

Also, pls confirm that the following international dialing format is acceptable to the callqueues application for use in a Call Campaign.

011[country code][area code][local number]

e.g. 01144[area code][local number] will call the UK.
