How can I retrieve the callerids name?

I've heard that this is possible in vxml. I've done it using a propiratry system, but I need to retrieve this information inside my vxml application.

retrieving caller id's name impossible with IVR systems

Hello,

This IVR service is not available using our IVR systems. There are reverse lookup services that can provide the caller name via a web service. Plum does not currently have any partners we recommend for this service.
