Hello,
I've noticed a odd clicking noise after each one of my wav files play.
all the files are in the desired format (8 kHz 16-bit ) and play fine using windows sound recorder. But using the audio tag after they play they seem "click".
Any ideas as to what that might be.

IVR considers meta info at tail end of wav audio data
The clicking is due to meta information attached to the tail end of your wav file being considered audio data by the IVR platform. This behavior has been corrected with the latest patch release of the IVR platform which was made live November 15. If you are continuing to encounter this behavior, please send a URL pointing to the file in question and we can further investigate.
