vxml outbound with audio to callee

I have a question about a feature requested from my customers.
Is it possible.
When transferring a call to play an announcement to the destination caller before the calls are actually connected? I've seen this refered to as Call Whisper before.
Example: A prospect calls a hotline service about a
purchase. Listens to the description and decides they want to speak with sales. The system calls the salesman. After the saleman answers the system plays "Prospective Buyer Calling" (or something) and then bridges the calls. This allows the salesman to put on their sales face.
I believe this is doable with a ccxml/vxml hybrid app. Is a scenario like this doable with the plum platform within vxml or a combo of vxml and outbound dialing?
Thanks for any suggestions.
