Plum IVR Support

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a way to collect FAX data via a plum VXML call. I know we can detect if a fax is coming in, but can we actually answer the call and write the fax data out to a file?

I couldn't find anything in the hlep about doing this. I'm just wondering if it is possible.

Collecting Fax data is not possible using the Plum IVR Systems. The VoiceXML 2.0/2.1 specification does not make any reference to Fax capabilites and we have no plans of adding this to the current implementation.
