i want to set default voice as female voice now it is male voice. Is there anyway to set it common instead of using "Voice" tag everywhere.

IVR platfrom will support two new global properties

Well there is good news and bad news. The bad news is that we currently do not support this. The good news is that several of the IVR developers at Plum have already requested this feature. It is completed and working in the test version of our IVR platform. There will be support for two new IVR global properties:
<property name="voicename" value="Crystal"/>
<property name="voicegender" value="female"/>
We do not yet have a release date for this revision yet, but you can check back at this site for IVR platform release announcements.
