Plum IVR Support

We are looking to create a system that will require large grammars. Since performance will be an issue we will be looking to compile them and reference the compiled file.

What is the compiled format for XML grammars? Is there a recommended compiler for this?

Any info would be appreciated.

Plum's IVR platform does not currently support precompiled IVR grammars. However, remote IVR grammars are compiled and cached using standard VXML caching rules. This caching allows for comperable performance to precompiled grammars for all static grammars. Please try using remote IVR grammar references for testing the caching of these large IVR grammars.
