problem in detecting calle type(for outbound calls)

i am using the calle_type parameter value in start_url link to change the flow. If the callee_type = answering machine then i am not giving any prompts.

But from last few days, this logic is not working properly. If the user picks up the phone(not answering machine) then also i am getting the callee_type as answering machine.

Please reply ASAP.

send email with specific IVR call session IDs

No changes have been made to the callee type detection in the last few days and testing indicates that it is working as expected. Please send an email with specific IVR call session IDs where you experienced this behavior to support@plumvoice.com with your customer support ID in the subject line. We can then attempt to trace these IVR calls.
