Change Speech Engine on Demo Account?

The salesman we've been speaking to has indicated that we should be able to access all three speech engines with our demo account however this option is grayed out on the Application Configuration screen with AT&T natural voices 1.4 selected. How do we change speech engines? I can't seem to find this in the documentation and the forum doesn let me search for the terms speech or engine.

Also, is it correct that the only way of using wave files is if we have a paid account?
We want to prove to our team that we can use plumvoice and vxml for our solution, but we aren't thrilled with the AT&T natural voice TTS capabilities.

Hi,
An 800 number has been setup for your demo account to allow you to test the other TTS engines.
Also, can you please clarify what you mean regarding using .wav files?
