Sometimes the "session.telephone.ani" variable returns "213" not the phone number which calls the application. Any idea? Thanks,

details of IVR call needed to rectify issue
Please send details of an IVR call during which this happened, the real caller ID of the caller, the DNIS called, and your account ID to support@plumvoice.com. Please include your customer number in the subject line.
