Current Call not terminating

I've got 2 calls that I just realize are going on 30 hrs and have not terminated for the number 866-392-1019... How can this be stopped??

These 2 calls you have mentioned appear to have terminated.
We are currently looking into what may have caused this issue for you on Saturday.

This happened to us last month. A call persisted for 120 minutes. Is there anything that can prevent this?

Hi,
If you notice this issue occur again for one of your calls, please contact our support team at
support@plumgroup.com so that they may look at the call log for these particular calls. Please make sure to include your 8-digit customer ID in the subject line of the email (which can be found in your support contract with Plum).
Also, please keep in mind that since we keep unlimited call logs for only up to 5 days, you will need to notify our support team within 5 days of when the call occurred.
