Plum IVR Support

It was not successfull male/female voice change testing, by changing the attributes in <voice> tag as mentioned below.

<voice gender="male">
This is a sample script to test the male voice
<voice/>
<voice gender="female">
This is a sample script to test the female voice
<voice/>

it didn't give any voice change. Instead it excuted the script in the way when no voice attributes have been set.

I have the following problems;

1 .Please let me know how to chanage male/female voice in TTS engine?

2. Is it required to have the "Natural Voices and Theta TTS engines"
in the plum server for the above matter?

3. How can I change the default voice settings that is loaded in TTS daemon startup time?

Your installation comes with the bundled Cepstral female TTS voice. If you are interested in additional IVR voices or a different IVR TTS engine, please contact your IVR sales representative for further information.
