Call data missing

Has anyone else experienced loss of call data in Plum DEV?

We use Plum DEV to report on the number of callers we get each month. I was running a series of reports, one for each month, and when I got to February 2013 there was no data available for display. Less than a month ago I was running reports for calls received in 2010 and 2011 without any problems. Now all that data is missing. Is anyone aware of why this is happening?

Regarding this issue, we would recommend sending an e-mail to support@plumgroup.com. When sending this e-mail, please make sure to include your customer ID in the subject line of the e-mail. Your customer ID can be found within your support contract with Plum.

If you do not have a support contract with Plum, please contact your sales representative.
