Speech Rec Optimization?

I understand the plum dev console has something called "VoiceTrends" for streamlining of call flows.

Specifically I need to gain access to "Speech Rec Optimization—Logs speech recognition attempts and identifies spots that need grammar improvements."

How can I view this? I've already read and enabled the analytics disclosure in the dev console.
